Free plan users receive 3 analyses per day at no charge. Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at time of purchase.

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. Contact support within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. ANALYSIS RESULTS ARE BASED ON STATISTICAL DATA AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARLAY ANALYZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR GAMBLING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
