By accessing or using Parlay Analyzer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Parlay Analyzer is a data-driven tool that analyzes sports betting parlay screenshots, scores individual legs based on statistical data, and suggests optimized combinations. The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service.
• Sports betting may be restricted or illegal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws before using this Service.
• By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

When you create an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
• Upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Service to create competing products or services.

Free plan users receive 3 analyses per day at no charge. Pro plan subscriptions are billed at the rate displayed at time of purchase and renew automatically on the applicable billing cycle.

• All payments are processed securely via WHOP. We never store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time from Account → Subscription. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
• A $1 introductory trial is available for first-time subscribers. If you cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription, you will not be charged at the full rate.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for any paid subscription period, partial or otherwise, for any reason including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to cancel before a renewal date, or change of mind.
• The $1 trial period is the only exception: if you cancel during the trial before it converts to a full subscription, no additional charge will be made.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against valid charges are a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@parlayanalyzer.io within 7 days of the charge and we will review it at our sole discretion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. ANALYSIS RESULTS ARE BASED ON STATISTICAL DATA AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARLAY ANALYZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR GAMBLING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

All content, design, and code comprising the Parlay Analyzer service is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
