Parlay Analyzer ("we", "us", or "our") operates parlayanalyzer.io, a parlay optimization platform. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we collect and use it.

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Account information — your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Uploaded images — screenshots of bet slips you upload for analysis. These are processed and immediately discarded; we do not permanently store your screenshots.
• Analysis results — the picks, risk scores, and recommendations generated from your uploads, stored so you can access your history.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and timestamps, collected automatically via standard web analytics.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Parlay Analyzer service.
• To display your analysis history in your account dashboard.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
• To respond to your support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — Supabase (auth & database), Vercel (hosting), Railway (API infrastructure), Stripe (payment processing). Each is bound by their own data processing agreements.
• Legal compliance — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

We retain your account and analysis data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at support@parlayanalyzer.io. Deleted data is purged within 30 days.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and functional cookies to improve performance. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., aggregate page view counts) to understand feature usage.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt-hashed passwords, and row-level security in our database. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Data portability (receive a copy in a portable format).
